Favourite thing about Perth and why?

I think Perth is a very independent city with many successful businesses and corporate events that bring everyone together, such as Wildcats games. People from Perth
are extremely loyal and are known for their tremendous supports towards their local sporting teams,
up and coming artists, etc.

GET TO KNOWAlyssa

Why did you choose to become a Wildcats Dancer?

It's an awesome way to involve yourself in such a great atmosphere, whilst being able to inspire young dancers at the same time. It's such a rewarding environment to be a part of and I believe everyone should take the opportunity also.

My friends would say my best qualities are:

Being selfless, approachable, good at giving advice and having the ability
to make people laugh.

During the off-season I...

I love to keep active by continuing my dance training as well as improving
my choreography. I also continue to work at my current.

My dance idol is:

Rie Hata.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

Definitely would have to choose having the power to time travel. Whether it be to travel in the future or to travel back in time to relive moments in my life.

My hobbies outside of dancing are:

I love to draw and design; anything that lets me be creative.

Dream holiday destination:

New Zealand.

Future aspirations and why:

I would say my future aspirations are to be successful in what ever pathway
I take in life and hope that I am happy with what I am doing. As well as  continuing to dance, whether it be professionally or just for fun.

Fun fact about me:

I have never watched Titanic.

My advice for young dancers:

Don't let set backs stop you. In life, we are going to get set backs or outcomes that are not ideal. However, you can't let it stop you achieving your goals. Instead, use those set backs to motivate you and make you strive to do better next time.
