Everything you need to know about attending a
Perth Wildcats home game!
Doors Open
RAC Arena opens one hour prior to tip-off for all regular season home games (Example - 5:30pm for a 6:30pm tip-off).
Timing is subject to change.
Venue
Set in the heart of the Perth CBD, RAC Arena is WA’s home of live entertainment, music and sport.

Security
RAC Arena has increased security measures, including the use of hand-held metal detectors, so please get to the game as early as possible to avoid queues.
To report an incident to the Perth Wildcats, please use the In-Seat texting service (instructions below) or contact the nearest RAC Arena usher or security guard representative.
During the game:
Text the Perth Wildcats Security Number - 0487 708 849
With block, row and seat number as well as a description (eg. gender, hair colour & clothing) of the offender & incident.
After the game:

Backpacks, Bags & Purses
As per RAC Arena policy, for all events held at the venue, any bags (including handbags, child and baby bags) larger than A4 (29.7cm x 21cm) are strictly not permitted.

Transport & Parking
The best and cheapest transport option is via bus or train, with Transperth Travel included in your ticket, three hours pre and post-game with every Wildcats game.
Wilson Parking Discount
Red Army fans receive $5 parking on game day at Citipark (427 Murray Street) car park & Barrack Arch (256 St Georges Terrace) car park.
Use the code REDARMY2022 to access the exclusive discount. Parking must be booked in advance. Parking can be booked online or with the Wilson Parking App
Children Under 4 Years
Children under the age of 4 years are permitted into the venue without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on your lap and do not occupy a seat.
Pre-Game Entertainment
For the full Perth Wildcats game experience, make sure you arrive early. Pre-game entertainment begins on-court approximately 30 minutes prior to tip-off!
Soak up the atmosphere and let the Jungle Rumble Band, Knightcorp Dancers, National Anthem performer and Wilbur the Wildcat entertain you before the big game begins.

Due to RAC Arena’s in-house health policy, which governs food safety, external food and opened drinks are not permitted into the Arena. If you have special dietary requirements and need to bring your own food, requests must be made to RAC Arena prior to game day. Red Army March & Wildcats Alley
At selected games this season the Red Army will march from Yagan Square to RAC Arena, and fans are encouraged to meet at the digital tower on Wellington Street.

Halftime - Tyrepower Halftime Heroes
Halftime Heroes will see junior ballers take to the RAC Arena court and give hundreds of WA kids the opportunity to strut their stuff in front of thousands of fans. Express your interest.

Merchandise
One key thing to know when attending a Wildcats game - we ALWAYS wear RED! Don't worry if it's your first time - the Wildcats will have you sorted with a full range of merchandise available at one of the three outlets located inside the venue.

Wild Kids Zone
Help your young ones get into the Wildcats spirit by taking them to the Wild Kids Zone! Here, they create their very own banner to hold during the game, or colour-in Wilbur the Wildcat! Kids Zone is located on Level 1 (near doors 13 & 14) and it accessible from when doors open through to the end of the game.

Alternatively, you can visit the Ticketek Box Office, on game day. The Box Office opens two hours prior to tip-off and is located outside the main Entry A doors of RAC Arena.
Membership
The Wildcats Membership Club Desk on game day is located inside the main entrance of RAC Arena, near Door 2.
In your member pack you will have a voucher to redeem your membership gift. This can be collected from the Team Store in Floreat during office hours or from the membership desk at RAC Arena on game day.
Digital Member Cards
Be sure to download/ update the Perth Wildcats app, ahead of our next home game. We recommend checking that all of your memberships are displaying correctly. For any issues, we ask that you contact the membership team.
Please note, digital tickets are not available through the app and that this option is only available to membership cards.
Post-Game Members Function & Fan Zone
The post-game members function is held after every home game at RAC Arena. Located in the Granite Room, doors open immediately after the game. Come along to meet the team and hear from the Head Coach as he announces the MVP from the game.
Fan Zone - Following the end of the game there are player signings available – these are on Level 1 at Fan Zone and in the Granite Room.
Signs & Banners
Flags and signs are permitted inside RAC Arena but MUST be no larger than 1m x 1m in size or with handles no longer than 50cm in length. Unauthorised signage or promotional products may be refused at entry.
Fan Code of Conduct
The Perth Wildcats expect all members, fans and first-time attendees to act in accordance with our family-friendly culture and abide by the RAC Arena Code of Conduct at all times, to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Anti-social behaviour, inclusive of the excessive consumption of alcohol, racial taunts, violent behaviour, bad language or continued inappropriate behaviour/gestures will not be tolerated at any time during Perth Wildcats home games.
The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to terminate season memberships without a refund should members display anti-social behaviour.
